Suzie Rhodes

Recently moved from Yorkshire to Derbyshire where I now reside. I am an artist specialising in mixed media, illustration, and fine art painting (my fine art can be viewed at www.susan-rhodes.co.uk).  I am also a mother of two.  I graduated in 2004 in Commercial Interior Design at Batley School of Art & Design, but have since directed my creative energies toward exploring paint and other materials, often recycling items. I love colour and create cheerful unique pieces sometimes incorporating unusual ingredients from builder’s materials, to buttons, to wax, to wood, etc.  I am also secretary for my partner’s green IT business: www.ecologicalhosting.com
